In the dialog, set the Amount to 4%. Choose Gaussian for Distribution. Turn on the Monochromatic checkbox at the bottom of the dialog. If you don't turn on Monochromatic, your noise will be made up of red, green, and blue dots. Now click OK and the Noise will be applied over your blended images.
